How to solve the double needle machine disconnection
         In the process of using the double needle machine, we will always encounter the problem of wire breakage, especially the double needle machine will break the wire. The manufacturer will solve this problem for you. For old machines that have been in use for a long time, we should first check each thread passing section for thread grooves that are pulled by the thread, such as thread take-up lever thread holes, feed thread holes, and needle plates. Or replace with new parts.

         We can check whether the movement of the needle and the feed dog match. The standard position of the movement of the needle and the feed dog is when the arrow on the lower shaft synchronous pulley is aligned with the engraved point on the case, the needle tip just falls to the upper surface of the needle plate, and the height of the feed dog and the upper surface of the needle plate are the same. This synchronous position is very important. If it is not synchronized, you can remove the synchronous belt, turn the synchronous belt pulley and pulley to adjust to the standard position, and then reinstall the synchronous belt.

        When the needle rises 2.5mm3mm from the bottom dead center, the hook tip should be at the center of the needle, and at the needle hole 1.5mm, adjust by adjusting the position of the hook and the up and down position of the needle clamp. When the needle enters the feed hole, the needle should be in the center of the feed hole. We should carefully check whether there are scratches on the feed thread hole and the thread passing portion of the needle plate, and ensure that the gap between the thread passing hole of the needle plate and the inner stopper of the rotary hook is maintained at 0.5mm0.8mm. If the gap between the needle plate thread gap and the stopper of the rotary hook core is too small, the thread will not pass smoothly and if the needle plate is too large, the rotary hook core will not be fixed.

         The double needle machine will generate heat when sewing thick materials. When the needle is relatively serious, it will smoke or burn the suture. At this time, we can use silicone oil to cool the needle or reduce the sewing speed appropriately. In actual maintenance work, the operator should adjust the relevant mechanism of the double needle machine according to different fabrics and process requirements.

         After the adjustment of each mechanism of the double needle machine, we should put on the suture correctly again according to the operation regulations, and keep the spring force of the thread take-up spring on the thread clamp moderate. Subsequently, we placed a piece of fabric under the presser foot and turned the pulley by hand to carefully observe whether the suture could rotate smoothly in the hook.
