LFS bags convey-trim-infeed-closing unit
    This unit, which is constituted by Automatic sewing head, ZB4900-3 bags trimming & infeed device, Belt conveyor and a column, is used to close bags filled with various products e.g. foodstuff, fertilizer, feed, & chemicals. It is suitable for stitching packing of paper bags, woven bags after bag top trimming and tape binding.
Functions: convey bags, auto feed in bags, auto trimming bag tops, auto bind tapes, auto stop-start sewing, auto cutting threads.
    Sewing head can be selected: GK35-6A, GK35-8A, GK68-9, DS-9C
    Bag infeed device can be selected: ZB4900-3
    Belt conveyor: 2.5m (LFS2500) or longer
        Speed: 6~12m/min, 240~600bags/h;
        Weight of the bags: 10~100kg;
        Height of bags: 400-900mm;
        Start-stop: automatically by photoswitch;
       Tape width: adjustable for 50-70 mm
       Thread chain cutter: automatically by air cylinder operated guillotine type cutter;
       Stitch length: adjustable from 6.5-11 mm, standard setting 8 mm;
       Conveyor width: 400mm
    You can make up a complete set as you like for example LFS2500+(ZB4900-3)+(GK35-6A) which is constituted by a 2.5m conveyor, GK35-6A sewing head, ZB4900-3 bags infeed and trimming device, a column and its control box.
    If you have belt conveyor by yourself, you can purchase it without conveyor.
