The motion of the feeding tooth is compounded by two movements of horizontal feeding and vertical tooth lifting. The schematic diagram of the feeding mechanism of the high-head double-needle machine, which is composed of the feed tooth, the needle plate seat, the feed tooth drive rod, the drive rod slider, the tooth frame, the tooth frame rocker, the tooth lifting small connecting rod, the tooth lifting crank composition.

        In this mechanism, the active part is the rack rocker and the tooth lifting crank. When the two active parts swing according to a certain relationship, the position of the M point on the rack also changes, and the movement law of the M point on the rack is passed by The transmission rod of the feed dog is transferred to the N point of the feed dog at a ratio of 1: 1 to form a corresponding movement track, that is, the movement track of the feed dog, so its adjustment is the same as that of the general flat sewing machine. The adjustment method is basically the same. The bottom bar of the high-head double-needle machine is misaligned. I do not know whether it refers to the adjustment of the synchronization relationship between the lower shaft and the upper shaft, that is, the adjustment of the speed of the feed dog or the adjustment of the synchronous toothed belt. .
  
(1) Single tooth feeder model, the synchronization relationship between the standard feeder tooth and the needle: When the needle tip of the needle drops close to the plane of the needle plate 0 ~ 2mm, the tip of the feeder tooth should drop to be flush with the plane of the needle plate s position.
Adjustment method: first disengage the synchronous toothed belt from the lower clock wheel, turn the hand wheel to keep the needle down to the plane of the needle plate, and then rotate the lower clock wheel to lower the feed tooth to the needle plate The plane is flush, while maintaining this synchronization relationship, the synchronization toothed belt sleeve is set up and down the timing wheel.

(2) For needle-tooth feeding models, the synchronization relationship between the standard feeding tooth and the needle: When the feeding tooth just starts to expose the plane of the needle plate and starts feeding, the needle should move downward and approach the plane of the needle plate , And the needle should be aligned with the needle hole on the feeding tooth body.
Adjustment method: Under the premise of keeping the feed dog at the beginning of the surface of the needle plate, the synchronous toothed belt is released from the lower clock wheel, and then the hand wheel is turned to move the needle downward and close to the needle plate On the surface, install the upper and lower timing wheel tape. For needle feeding machines, the movement coordination of the feed dog and the needle is exactly the opposite of the non-needle feed machine. That is, when the needle is close to the needle plate, the feed dog must fall on the surface of the needle plate and the feeding action is completed. For needle-feeding machines, before adjusting the synchronous relationship between the needle and the feed dog, first disengage the swing needle part, adjust the movement path of the feed dog and the height of the needle bar according to the requirements of the single-feed feed sewing machine, and then adjust the feed Synchronous relationship between teeth and needles.
