It will be too long, too tight, too short, and easy to take off the thread. The adjustment of the lower thread should not be too loose. If it is too loose, it will cause the phenomenon that the thread will not be sewn normally after automatic thread trimming.
2. After the automatic thread trimming is completed, it should be well coordinated with the knee pressure control angle, and the pressure angle should not be raised too fast. If it is too fast, the thread will not be completely broken and the needle will break.
       
Second.the installation of industrial sewing machine needles
1. In the normal sewing process, the installation of the needle is very important. Different fabrics also need to choose different types of needles. When installing the needle, be sure to correct it. If it is not correct, it will cause jumper and disconnection. For the production of the same batch of products, the use of needles should be uniform, and the thickness cannot be mixed. Over time, it will cause damage to the hook, cause abnormal hooking, and the occurrence of thread breakage.
2. During the long-term use of the needle, the needle tip will be worn. If the needle is not sharp, it will cause thread breakage and bottom thread breakage. It will also cause the fabric to break. Please pay attention.

Third. Adjustment of oil supply system
1. The high-speed industrial sewing machine we use has an automatic oil supply device. During normal use, the rotary hook, upper shaft, lower shaft, needle bar and other parts have corresponding oil lines and oil pipes, without the need for special oil injection. Just observe whether the fuel injection volume is normal.
2. In the process of using industrial sewing machine and computer sewing machine, a lot of thread wool and cloth wool will be generated in the rotary hook part and the oil tank. It must be cleaned in time to avoid blocking the oil path, causing unnecessary wear and shortening the life of the equipment.
3. The normal use of the equipment will not cause oil leakage. When the equipment is placed for a long time and used overnight, it should be cleaned with waste first, and then operated with a waste cloth, and the oil line can be pulled out.
4. In the hot summer, the oil amount of each part of the equipment should be increased, so as to reduce the wear of the parts, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, keep the equipment in the best state, and improve the work efficiency.
